Welcome to 9 Tables Restaurant - Athens’ Newest Fine Dining Experience

Owned and operated in Athens, Ohio by Bill Justice, Suzanne Justice, and Sandy Colopy. The three owners have created an intimate fine dining experience of two-to three-hour culinary immersion with a dining option of five or seven courses.

Chef Justice and his family personally prepare each course, present the full menu verbally to each guest, offer wine suggestions and serve each course personally. The menu presentation is an opportunity for guests to make preparation requests. Since there are only nine tables, all with a view of our open kitchen, the result is a truly unique experience. The public can choose a five course meal for $50 or a seven course meal for $75. Chef Justice will use locally grown foods whenever possible to ensure the freshest quality ingredients so that the best fine dining experience is made possible.
